SERVANT LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCES
Students Today Leaders Forever- STLF
Students Today Leaders Forever is a non-profit organization that engages students in servant leadership to create positive life experiences. STLF reveals leadership through service, relationships, and action. A huge part of STLF is the Pay It Forward Tour (PIFT). A PIFT is a trip where college, high school, or middle school students travel to different cities across the United States or state to complete volunteer projects. The college level goes on a PIFT over spring break which comes out to nine days and a total of 20 hours of volunteer work. I have had the chance to go on two different Pay It Forward Tours. For one of the tours, I was chosen to be a Bus Core leader which meant I was in charge of planning the tour with three other college students. We were also in charge of facilitating activities throughout the tour. I have also been a Chapter Core leader which means I am one of the leaders for the STLF chapter on campus.
